Brief
To develop illustrations and animations that follow an individual’s journey, using a narrative approach to guide users through the Educators Wales teachers’ jobs portal in a clear and approachable way.
Challenge
To represent a diverse and relatable range of experiences within the teaching profession, while introducing a new jobs platform in a clear and accessible way.
Solution
A story-led illustration and animation approach following a character called Rhys, showing his journey into teaching and securing his first role.
